Mantel Description. This mantel is made of reclaimed million mile oak. Reclaimed from cargo containers that have roughly a million miles of wear and tear on it. We can custom the size up to 10x10 and up to 10 foot long It has a butcher block style look with a slight variant in color and texture. that only comes with real reclaimed wood. This is one AMAZING, unique, one-of-a-kind mantel.
Mantel has been hand sanded to a stain ready condition to be finished by you or by us. We can put a triple clear coat on if you want at an additional cost. Our clear coat is plant based and will not omit any toxic chemicals. Adding a clear coat will make the mantel more vibrant in color as the grains come to life and it will be protected from spills and cleaning stains.
You do not need a clear coat for this mantel to be AMAZING in your space but it is encouraged. Mantel comes with a French cleat bracket for install. This is a box mantel and is hollow on the inside.
Dimensions: First choose the length that best fits your space. Your length has to be the size chosen or smaller. For example if you want you mantel to be 66 Inches. Choose the 6 foot long or less option and not the 5 foot or less option. In the cart section it will say "ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS". Enter the size of the mantel you want us to build here. For example if you want it 10 inches deep x 6 inches tall x 66 inches long enter 10D x 6T x 66L in the "Order Special Instructions" space in the cart and we will custom build it to size. Depth and Height are both limited to 10 inches with this product.
Shipping is FREE and normally 10 to 15 business days to leave our shop with another estimated 3-5 business days in transit with the shipper. At this time we only ship to the lower 48 states and do not ship internationally.
Best Warranty: We believe you will love your mantel and it will be a focal point of meaningful conversation for many years. However, if for some reason your mantel does not bring you the joy that it should, you can send it back to us and we will refund the purchase price. Shipping will be on the buyer for the return. You also have a 90 days to return it, in the same condition as purchased if you so choose to.
